“Great location, very nice updates to the property. The king size bed is actually two beds together, and all beds were memory foam beds — they were pretty comfortable. I recommend keeping the heat around 65, especially if anyone is sleeping in the upstairs room from the converted loft area. The bathrooms were beautifully done, the space was great, and the place was spotless. The gondola as well as the shuttle to Beaver Creek are directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location! Josh & Amy's place is right across the street from the Riverfront Express Gondola and next door to the Avon Rec Center and Library. Between skiing and swimming, my family had an absolute blast. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but the taco truck right across the street was the best. So fun to grab a bottle of wine for us, hot chocolate for the kids, and some tacos and sit by the fire pit before heading back to the condo after a long day of skiing. Passes to the Avon Rec Center were included in our stay and the kids enjoyed the waterslide, rock climbing wall, and lazy river. The place was clean and had everything we needed.”

Beautiful view of Beaver Creek ski resort and the surrounding mountains from the living room and balcony. We loved being able to walk to Nottingham Lake, only a 5-minute walk, and rent kayaks, plus walk to many nearby restaurants — the condo is right on the main Avon walking path.”
